Service Packages Prices listed below do not include necessary parts or sales tax. Pick up and delivery is available, please call for prices in your area. We provide a complimentary vehicle evaluation on all golf cars that we service. If we find your vehicle is in need of additional repairs, a written estimate will be completed for you approval.
Gas Bronze Service Package - $119.95
Electrical System 1. Check for proper operation of power circuits, F&R Switch, starter generator, solenoid, and battery cables 2. Check for proper operation of control circuits, key switch, reverse warning buzzer, guages, speed switches, fuses and ignition 3. Check and record generator output 4. Load test battery and check fluid level 5. Check and adjust voltage regulator 6. Check for proper operation of accessories 7. Check for properly routed accessory wiring
Engine 1. Change spark plugs 2. Change air filter 3. Change fuel filters 4. Check and adjust all cables - Accelerator - Governor - Choke 5. Check starter belt - Replace as needed 6. Check drive belt - Replace as needed 7. Check hoses - Replace as needed 8. Change or clean oil filter 9. Change crank case oil 10. Test and record engine compression
Brake System and Body 1. Check for proper brake operation 2. Check for proper parking brake opreration and adjust if needed 3. Inspect and lube brake cables 4. Lube parking brake components 5. Inspect body components, pedal pads, bumpers, top, hardware, etc.
Steering and Suspension 1. Check for play in steering, steering box, tie end rods, spindles, bushings, and king pins 2. Check for play in suspension components 3. Lube front suspension 4. Inspect condition of drive unit 5. Check and correct tire pressure
Gas Silver Package - $169.95 Includes all of Bronze Package, plus:
1. Remove, inspect and thoroughly clean brake hubs 2. Adjust brake shoes 3. Lube adjusters and return springs 4. Inspect brakes, thoroughly clean, lube, and record pad precentage 5. Check and grease front wheel bearings
Gas Gold Service Package - $219.95 Includes all of Bronze and Silver Packages, plus:
1. Check and fill differential to plug level 2. Lube brake shaft bearings 3, Adjust accelerator oedal position 4. Test and record engine compression 5. Adjust valves 6. Re-test and record engine compression 7. Align front end 8. Check and adjust front wheel camber and toe 9. Align steering wheel 10. Check timing 11. Pressure wash 12. Polish windshield 13. Touch up paint (minor spots) 14. Repair any damaged pin stripe 15. Remove any scuff marks 16. Clean seats 17. Wash and wax 18. Detail
Electric Bronze Service Package - $99.95
Electrical System 1. Check for proper operation of power circuits, F&R Switch, solenoid, micro switches, speed controller, and motor 2. Check for proper operation of control circuits, key switch, reverse warning buzzer, and speed switches 3. Check condition of charger receptacle wiring 5. Check for proper operation of accessories 6. Check for properly routed accessory wiring
Battery Service 1. Check for correct battery water levels 2. Check battery cables for proper tightness, repair as needed 3. Clean, repair, seal all terminals 4. Load test batteries and record individual status 5. Check hold downs for proper tightness 6. Visually check battery trays for damage - Replace as needed 7. Check hoses - Replace as needed 8. Change or clean oil filter 9. Change crank case oil 10. Test and record engine compression

Check complete charging system 6. Align front end 7. Check and adjust front wheel camber and toe 8. Align steering wheel 9. Adjust accelerator pedal position 10. Pressure wash 11.
